1. Event Director/Coordinator: Pedro Aleixo de Jesus Sousa

Role: Oversees the entire event, ensuring that all aspects are running smoothly and according to plan.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages the event team.
  • Liaises with sponsors, partners, and vendors.
  • Makes final decisions on event-related matters.
     
     
2. Operations Manager: Anty

Role: Manages the logistical aspects of the event.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates venue setup and breakdown.
  • Manages event schedules and timelines
  • Oversees transportation, accommodation, and technical setup.
     
     
3. Ekipasaun Marketing no PR: Nidia Fatima & Natalino Alves

Role: Promotes the event and manages the public image.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops and executes marketing campaigns (social media, online, print, etc.).
  • Manages relationships with media outlets and handles press
  • Oversees branding and communication materials.
4. Manajer Sponsor no Parceria: Alex de Jesus & Alex "Samurai"

Role: Secures funding and partnerships for the event.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifies and approaches potential sponsors.
  • Negotiates sponsorship deals and ensures sponsor satisfaction.
  • Manages partner relations before, during, and after the event.
     
     
5. Manajer Programa: Favio Pinto Soares & Janio Tilman

Role: Develops and manages the event program and schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Plans the sequence of performances, award presentations, and speeches.
  • Coordinates with performers, presenters, and award nominees.
  • Ensures the smooth flow of the event program.
6. Talent Coordinator: Jessy Lopes

Role: Manages relationships with artists, performers, and Mc

Responsibilities:

  • Books and schedules performers.
  • Coordinates rehearsals and ensures artists have what they need.
  • Manages VIP and artist hospitality.
7. Technical Director: Mitu X-Street

Role: Oversees all technical aspects of the event.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages audio-visual setups, lighting, and stage design.
  • Coordinates with the venue's technical staff or external vendors.
  • Ensures all equipment is tested and functioning properly.
8. Stage Manager: Noel Smith

Role: Manages the stage during the event

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates backstage activities, including performer entrances and exits.
  • Ensures the program runs according to schedule.
  • Handles any on-stage issues in real-time.
9. Hospitality and Guest Services Team: Fitry Freitas

Role: Ensures a positive experience for all attendees, especially VIPS and guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages guest lists, seating arrangements, and ticketing.
  • Oversees food and beverage services.
  • Coordinates red carpet and reception areas.
10. Manajer Seguransa: Januario Saldanha & Alex da Costa

Role: Ensures the safety and security of all attendees.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates with security personnel and local authorities.
  • Manages crowd control, entry points, and emergency procedures.
  • Oversees the security of VIPS and high-profile guests.
11. Finance and Administration Team: Fitry Freitas

Role: Manages the financial aspects of the event.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the event budget, ensuring costs are within limits.
  • Manages payments to vendors, staff, and performers.
  • Handles contracts, permits, and legal documentation.

VISION
Establishing the Timor-Leste Music Awards (TILMA) as an annual prestigious event to elevate the dignity, quality, and ‘diversity’ of local music.
MISION
Build knowledge (awareness) and appreciation for local music
Create a “transparent and fair” event to appreciate musicians prestation
Become the connectivity that links musicians with the music industry at the national and international levels
EVENT OBJECTIVES
To celebrate the local musical talents of Timor-Leste.
To appreciate the contributions of musicians in enriching the national culture.
To motivate the younger generation to continue “creating” in the field of music.
